Old School Bible Refuge is a ministry out of a local Bible Believing Baptist Church that houses men who have destroyed their lives because of sin of the flesh and turned to drugs, alcohol, violence as well as gambling.

(1 Jo 2:15) Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

(1 Jo 2:16) For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

These men come to us after having lived their lives only satisfying their flesh, and have come to realize that they are a sinner in need of a Savior.

(Rom 6:23) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

(Rom 8:8) So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

At the Bible refuge, these men are provided a clean and safe refuge which shelters or protects from danger, distress or calamity; a strong hold which protects by its strength, the strength is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and the old blackback 66 caliber AV 1611 King James Bible is to help them break out of the shackle and bondage of sin and start anew, focusing on Biblical discipleship.
